These heel lifts offer a solution that is not too hard under the heel and allows you to select the exact height/layer needed to correct the height difference in legs. By lifting the heel and providing support, they eliminate discomfort, relieve pressure on the heels, and help with hip pain caused by the height difference in legs.

The heel lifts consist of three layers that are glued together using a very adhesive layer between them. This ensures that when you adjust the lift height, the layers do not tear away and leave an uneven surface. Each layer is 1/8" thick, allowing you to increase your height by 3/8 inch without anyone noticing. Depending on the difference in leg length, you can add layers yourself to even up the leg length difference. Using these inserts consistently over a long period will improve walking posture and gait.

Our heel lifts are made with durable rubber that has strong adhesion glue, ensuring that they do not flatten out easily even with long-term use. They provide a good heel lift and relieve tension on the tendon, offering the perfect balance between firmness and cushioning. These inserts also help reduce limp while walking and increase walking speed and distance. The sweat-absorbent fabric surface is washable, except for the adhesive areas which should not be washed.

These heel lifts are suitable for both men and women and can be used with all types of shoes, including running shoes, dress shoes, boots, sneakers, work shoes, and leather shoes. If your original insoles came with heel cups, simply place our heel lifts under them. If the lifts do not stay in place, use double-sided tape to secure them.
