The insoles are full length with a guided template underneath to facilitate cutting and customize fitment. They can replace most built-in insoles for high profile shoes.

It is important to understand that it may take a couple of weeks for your feet to adjust to the height insoles. Most users find that easing their way into using the insoles yields the best results.
